Control Panel Systems
Vogal has operated an independent, quality controlled, panel building workshop for a number of years. The department has the ability to provide the control system component parts, in house, to the required quality, cost and timescale.
The quality control methods, used by the workshop enable the completed panels to be supplied with Certificates of Conformity, as required for CE marking of the overall systems and installations.
The workshop technicians have the required expertise and experience to carry out upgrades to machines and lines control systems, particularly where required by the PUWER Regulations. As an integral part of this service, machinery guarding systems can be designed, supplied and installed, for both new and existing installations.
Control Panel Systems - Quality
Vogal is able to provide comprehensive spares, maintenance, breakdown and training support for the complete range of services offered. All of the company's activities are carried out using methods, which satisfy the requirements of ISO 9001. A number of "blue chip" clients have awarded Vogal vendor assurance status and conduct regular audits of the operating systems.
Vogal uses the same approach with its main suppliers and both engineering and commercial staff carry out regular audits and appraisals.
