The founder of the current Vogal Group of Companies having amassed some 32 years, Ben still interacts on a daily basis with large blue chip companies across many industries; food, petrochem, tobacco and steel to name but a few. He offers vast experience across diverse market places and industries interfacing with both large and SME companies. During this time he has developed and retained a passion for the training of younger personnel and apprentices, which led to the evolution and success of Vogal Training Services, which boasts some 55+ students.

Joining the Vogal Group in 2000 Rob was promoted to Managing Director in 2008; he brought with him a wealth of experience in the food, tobacco and heavy engineering industries. He has successfully executed major projects for many of our large industrial clients. He maintains a high passion to succeed in his daily work ethics and has a very positive drive to complete all customer projects and demands against tight timescales and defined budgets.

With over 25 years experience in a diverse range of industries, including; utilities, food, chemical, FMCG, construction and healthcare, with several blue chip clients, Neil is a proven Contracts Director and Project Manager. With a vast array of skills, he has been able to deliver and control key stages and timelines of projects, manage budgets and resources, as well as overseeing installations to the highest standard of quality. A conscientious and extremely dedicated mechanical engineer, Neil immerses himself in every project he is involved with, from conception to commissioning.

Wayne has been with the Vogal Group since 1992 and has a wealth of knowledge in the field of mechanical installation specialising in installations, removals, relocations and pipework, predominately in the industrial sector, he is competent in all aspects of CDM documentation and delivery complete with all relevant IOSH trained certification. Wayne is also a keen rugby coach and player.

Barrie started with the Vogal Group as an Electrician and progressed to Electrical Contracts Manager since 2010. A seasoned Electrical Contracts/ Project Manager, who has experience of working on all aspects of industrial Engineering projects. He has worked on highly complex electrical projects and always strives to provide the highest standards of electrical installation and design for almost any size project, with a vast experience in all sectors from heavy industry, Food. Chemical and light industry, he is able to develop detailed schedules for projects, conducting complex cost effective design/solutions combined with accurate proposals, estimates and quotations.
Barrie has a professional mind-set and is a self-motivated engineer and will go the extra mile to deliver a project on time, on budget and to the client’s satisfaction and expectations.

Kevin joined the Vogal Group in April 2018, A Contracts Manager from a practical electrical engineering background with proven ability to lead teams of supervisors, technicians, tradesmen and apprentices to deliver diverse mechanical and electrical solutions to industrial and utility clients. Financial, technical and programme responsibility, specialising in local, regional and national electrical and mechanical projects predominantly in the food industry.

Karen brings both a knowledgeable and pragmatic personality, ensuring Vogal Group’s day-to-day business functions are maintained to our key client base, enabling their expectation of deliverables to be achieved. Karen possesses exceptional communication and problem solving skills and consistently provides positive outcomes to business demands. The above skills were refined and developed in the exciting arena of world and British motorcycle racing, having spent six years with the Reve Red Bull Racing Team.

An expert in purchasing, Steve joined the Vogal Group with over 25 year experience having previously worked with high profile companies, such as, Dresser Rand and News International, Steve brings a day to day drive and passion to ensure Vogal’s cost base is always achieved to a competitive advantage whilst retaining exceptional quality control and excellent business relationships with the wider Vogal business community.
