Our actions solved a ‘problem’ for a leading safety flooring manufacturer.
They had received a new machine but needed to transfer glass, used during their process, from a cyclone to a mixer pot via an offset reducing cone. This had to be achieved within the constraints of very tight dimensions and no more than a 25-degree angle on the offset reducer. We carried out the engineering design, then manufactured and completed the mechanical installation of an offset reducing cone that efficiently does the job.
This was a long-standing customer with who we have worked with for many years. This type of job that allows us to utilise our engineers of different skillsets to take away our customers ‘pain’. In this case, the engineering lead is “over the moon” with what we have designed, fabricated and installed.
