Solving the "Impossible" in Two Hours
We thrive where others see obstacles. Recently, a building materials manufacturer approached us with a machinery installation project challenge. It involved installing an impact testing machine in a space with severe height and width restrictions. Several companies had already turned the job down, deeming the access too difficult.
Our Mechanical Contract Manager took a "thinking-out-of-the-box" approach, presenting two viable paths: a spider crane or a highly cost-effective Genie material lift. After conducting a rigorous RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statement) to satisfy H&S requirements, we moved forward with the Genie lift. By carefully planning pedestrian diversions and workspace management, we completed the entire installation in just two hours. The customer was thrilled to have their facility fully operational well ahead of schedule.
