Human Trafficking & Modern Slavery Policy

It is the policy of Vogal Group to conduct all our business in an honest, transparent and ethical manner. This includes ensuring effective systems and controls are in place to minimise the risk of slavery and human trafficking taking place in our business operations or supply chains.

We take a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking within Vogal Group and our supply chains. We are committed to acting professionally, fairly and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships wherever we operate.

Vogal Group has a Human Trafficking and Modern Slavery Policy which is available to all employees on the company’s intranet site.

We are committed to ensuring a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking, in our supply chains and our business. The Vogal Group Whistleblowing Policy helps to ensure our colleagues can raise concerns in respect of modern slavery and human trafficking.

Vogal Group will continue to review its processes and procedures with our suppliers to ensure potential risks in our supply chains are identified, assessed, mitigated and monitored. New and existing suppliers are required by Vogal Group to provide evidence to show compliance with the Modern Slavery Act (‘Act’).

Vogal Group employees receive no less than the prescribed minimum wage and we apply robust immigration checks and expect the same standards from our suppliers.

Our Human Trafficking and Modern Slavery Policy is reviewed on a regular basis by or on behalf of the Managing Director.
