Business Partner Day

On Tuesday 15th July, Greater Peterborough UTC closed the academic year with their Business Partner Day. The business partner initiative bridges education and industry and ensures a Peterborough-based employer network is part of the GPUTC community. We are involved because we want to identify individuals, at 17 onwards, that want to take up an engineering apprenticeship.

Our Commercial Manager, Trevor King, represented Vogal Group. He advised that he enjoyed the day and was encouraged with the interest shown by the staff, students and other business partners. Trevor was pleased that the welding day, that Vogal Group provided earlier in the year, was mentioned. We received good feedback from students, staff and parents.
