ECITB Gold Certificate

The ECITB are working to ensure personnel in the engineering construction industry (ECI) carry out their role safely, competently and efficiently. Vogal Group hold the ECITB Skills and Training Charter Gold Certificate through our ongoing commitment to training and skills development.

We do this by identifying the training and development needs of our M&E project labour force and capturing them in an action plan. This ensures our future workload needs are met by building capability into our workforce. We also plan for future capacity needs and recruit and train sufficient individuals to meet current and future requirements. We are also committed to recruiting and training new entrants into the industry through the Vogal Group engineering apprenticeship scheme.

Our M&E project engineers design, fabricate, install, maintain, improve and dismantle our customers industrial facilities. It is therefore essential that they are skilled and competent. It is also important that their competence is properly recognised and validated.
