Celebrating Day 5 of National Apprenticeship Week at Vogal Group! We’re proud to introduce some of the future engineers currently powering our engineering apprenticeship program.

For Luke Jarvis, the best classroom is on the tools. Now a Level 3 Electrotechnical Apprentice with Vogal Group, Luke’s journey began at Casterton College Rutland before he transitioned into the industry as an electrician's mate.

Luke’s success stems from a genuine passion for practical learning. This hands-on dedication has not gone unnoticed: he secured three "Employee of the Month" titles in his first year alone. His tutors at Boston College praise his punctuality, engagement, and ability to meet every deadline with a positive mindset. Whether in the workshop or on-site, Luke is known for his boundless effort and for being an exceptional team player.
