Engineering Apprenticeship Talent
14 February 2026
It’s National Apprenticeship Week Day 6, the nationwide movement to champion the vital role of apprenticeships in driving both personal growth and economic prosperity. At Vogal Group, we are proud to spotlight talented individuals who launched their careers through our award-winning engineering apprenticeship programme.
After completing his Advanced Apprenticeship, through college day-release and Vogal Group, Kristian Louth is now a fully qualified electrical control system engineer. He designs, develops, installs, and maintains automated systems that manage industrial machinery and processes, ensuring they operate safely, efficiently, and reliably. Kristian programs PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), HMIs (Human Machine Interfaces), and robotics while troubleshooting, optimising, and supporting system uptime. His achievement demonstrates that an engineering apprenticeship is a brilliant foundation for lifelong success.
"As an electrical apprentice with Vogal Group, I learned more than I ever imagined. The team’s knowledge, patience, and hands-on guidance made my apprenticeship invaluable – they set me up for a strong career in the trade.”
