First Aid Training

Vogal Group fosters a proactive safety culture. Several of our team recently attended an Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) course. This was delivered by Newton Medical - First Aid Training Services. Running this training demonstrates our commitment to employee well-being. It gives our colleagues the skills to save lives and minimise injuries in high-risk environments.

The training also has specific benefits for M&E project engineers. They work in environments where hazards like electric shocks, falls from height, and crush injuries from heavy machinery are present. EFAW training equips them with the knowledge to provide immediate care and stabilise a colleague's condition before professional medical help arrives.

As well as meeting our legal compliance requirements, we are able to provide evidence, to our customers, that our M&E project engineers are qualified. We believe trained employees are more aware of potential work hazards, which leads to a reduction in workplace accidents.
