Industrial Fabrication Project

This project demonstrates how collaborative problem-solving directly results in significant customer benefits and sustainable value. We successfully managed this industrial fabrication project from conceptual design, through fabrication to final mechanical installation, demonstrating our end-to-end industrial mechanical services capabilities.

An animal feed producer was unable to meet new environmental standards due to limitations in its operational processes. They recognised that they needed to change their existing cyclone and ducting arrangements. Upon reviewing the initial design drawings, our engineering design team saw an opportunity for improvement and developed an innovative solution for the inlet ducting with an inspection hatch.

With the new engineering design approved, we fabricated and installed a custom-designed cyclone and ducting solution. It was built from 304 stainless steel, providing superior efficiency and significant cost savings, all while meeting the new industry regulations.
