Industrial Machinery Relocation

17 November 2025

We completed an industrial machinery relocation project. A food and beverage sector customer tasked us with relocating a Vacuum Chiller System. It was sited outside, and we moved it to a new site, within a factory, close to the growing point. The system is used to cool and pack the grown product. This provides food safety benefits and extends the shelf life of the product. The overall project benefits included improved process control, reduced transport costs and an environmentally improved operation. This industrial machinery relocation operation involved:

👉 Running equipment prior to the move to ensure all working correctly.

👉 Draining fluids and gasses.

👉 Removing all electrical cables, control panels and cable tray containments.

👉 Equipment strip.

👉 New Layout drawing.

👉 Transportation to the new site and installation.

👉 Fabricating, modifying and reinstating all pipework.

👉 Fully compliant electrical reinstallation.

👉 System commissioning.

We provided overall project management, meaning the customer had one point-of-contact to deal with. Our Contract Manager ensured our engineering design, mechanical, electrical and specialist approved suppliers worked seamlessly together. This provided the customer with a pain-free and cost-effective solution. Contact us if you have an industrial machinery relocation need.
