Project Spotlight - Precision Engineering in Tight Spaces:

A chemical manufacturer needed a new process system in a COMAH-regulated building. We utilised 3D scanning technology to map the installation area with millimetre precision. By completing the majority of the fabrication off-site in our specialist workshop, we reduced on-site congestion and ensured a faster, safer installation. Every weld underwent comprehensive NDT testing (DPI, MPI, and X-Ray) to guarantee integrity under operational loads.
