Vogal Group has been shortlisted as a finalist for ‘SME Employer of the Year' at the 2025 Peterborough Telegraph Apprenticeship Awards!

We offer mechanical and electrical engineering apprenticeships. Our apprentices join a team, working on our customer sites, and contribute to our M&E projects straight away. Mechanical apprentices are involved in completing installations, fitting, assembly, and welding. Electrical apprentices maintain, install, troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment. They complete an Advanced Apprenticeship and attend a dedicated local college on a day release basis. This leads to the award of relevant nationally recognised qualifications. Our mechanical and electrical apprentices are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed for successful careers. They gain real-world, hands-on, experience by working under the guidance of experienced engineers.
 

We know this is not an easy award to win as there have been fantastic past winners and no doubt the entries will be strong again this year. Winners will be announced at an awards ceremony taking place, on Thursday 25 September 2025.
