Vogal Group deliver M&E Projects.

Vogal Group successfully completed a large-scale mechanical installationof a new water filtration plant for a leading customer in the utilities sector. The state-of-the-art facility is designed to treat wastewater, produce high-quality drinking water, and guarantee strict water quality standards. The customer required the seamless integration of a massive, complex filtration system within an operational environment. The project demanded heavy structural and mechanical installation capabilities, precision fabrication, and highly coordinated heavy-lifting operations to ensure the plant met rigorous industry standards for water purification.

Vogal Group managed the end-to-end mechanical scope, delivering the project safely, efficiently, and with minimal operational disruption.
Key project deliverables included:

  • Heavy Lifting & Positioning: Full management and supply of all lift and shift operations, including specialized cranage, to carefully position and install all heavy plant equipment.
  • Structural Steel: Installation of 300,000 kg of prefabricated steel structures, encompassing structural tanks, access platforms, and pipe racks.
  • Pipe Support Fabrication: Supply and fabrication of 7,500 kg of custom pipe supports.
  • Advanced Pipework: Installation of prefabricated pipework, requiring 24,000 inches of high-precision site welding.

The project was delivered to the highest safety and quality standards. The newly installed infrastructure successfully equips the customer to reliably produce drinking water and treat wastewater, bolstering their environmental service capabilities. We design, fabricate, install, and maintain premium pipework for a broad range of industrial and commercial applications.
