Meet the Vogal Group Team: Oliver Harris

Ollie has been with Vogal Group since 2015, progressing from Site Supervisor to his current position as a Mechanical Contract Manager. He oversees the end-to-end delivery of mechanical projects, bridging the gap between design and installation, taking responsibility for budgets, programmes, and our engineering teams to ensure projects are completed safely, profitably, and to technical specification.

Key responsibilities include:

➕ Project Delivery: Managing multiple contracts from tender handover and design development through to final installation and handover.

➕ Commercial Control: Overseeing financial performance, including tracking expenditure, forecasting, negotiating supply chain contracts, and pricing project variations.

➕ Oversight: Reviewing technical drawings, ensuring compliance with mechanical specifications and industry standards, and liaising with our engineering design department.

➕ Site Management: Directing site teams and approved sub-contractors and overseeing complex commissioning activities.

➕ Safety Compliance: Preparing and reviewing health and safety documentation and enforcing strict site protocols.

His downtime is filled with football matches, fishing trips, quality family moments and learning to play golf.
