CDM Compliance

The Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2015, or CDM 2015, are designed to cover health, safety and welfare. They apply to M&E projects to manage potential risks from the start to the completion of a project. We fully understand our role in ensuring the success and safety of your M&E project under CDM 2015. This includes helping you to understand your responsibilities to planning, managing, and monitoring the work. We foster a culture of health and safety on our engineering projects to safeguard the well-being of all individuals involved in the M&E project.

We fully implement CDM 2015 across our M&E projects. We have the knowledge and experience to act as your CDM compliance guide, advising and assisting you in fulfilling your duties. You are provided you with a single point of contact throughout a project. In addition to CDM co-ordination and management, we are often engaged as the CDM Principal Designer and CDM Principal Contractor. We deliver M&E projects that will meet your CDM compliance expectations.

CDM Principal Designer

When we are appointed as the CDM Principal Designer, we work closely with you and your M&E project stakeholders to ensure full compliance with the CDM 2015 Regulations and that the legal duties are met. We have the technical knowledge to understand, manage, and coordinate the pre-construction phase and any engineering design work that is carried out after construction begins on your M&E projects. As the CDM Principal Designer, we plan, manage, monitor, and coordinate the pre-construction phase, ensuring potential health and safety risks are understood and managed. This contributes to CDM compliance.
