Overview of the Project: Worked with preferred suppliers to deliver a cooling water system including: Cooler, Pumps, Controls and 400 metres of stainless steel pipework.

Faced with aging cooling systems and plans of expansion, our client reached out to Vogal with urgency to complete works before ambient air temperature adversely affects the efficiency of the aging system. Vogal engaged the services of a cooling system supplier, and jointly established the cooling demand of each machine which gave an overall system requirement to size the new cooler, pipework and pumps.
On the receipt of order, Vogal conducted a detailed survey of the factory and produced a 3D model that enabled the team to accurately establish pipe routes. This provided the detail required to manufacture the pipework off site in our workshop. The pre-fabricated pipework was transported to the site and installed, while the factory was still running. Final connections to the machines, coolers and pumps were made, then required only minimal downtime.
This project was completed both on time and on budget, with the success of minimising the impact of the clients production requirements.
